RatePlanToken Cancel RS

The Cancel functionality for our RatePlanToken product is directly based on our original OTA_CancelRQ/RS. The request message is is almost identical to the classic model.

Purpose

This message is returned after a OTA_CancelRQ. It is used to:

Return confirmation of a cancellation and its costs.
Return pre-confirmation of a cancellation and the CancelToken.

Details and Structure

In the RatePlanToken API, it is important to differentiate the Quote and Commit for the Cancel request.

Quote

The Quote response is essentially the same as in OTA_CancelRS. The difference is that in the RatePlanToken API, this message returns the “CancelToken” as well.

Commit

The Commit response is also the same as in OTA_CancelRS. The CancelToken is echoed here.
